Yes, we work with partner caterers to provide catering services (coffee breaks, cocktails, lunches, gala dinners). Catering can be included in your full-service package.
Yes, on-site parking is available for organisers, exhibitors and visitors. ICEC is also accessible by tram (T2 line, Al Amane station).
We recommend contacting us as early as possible, especially for large events. Subject to availability, last-minute bookings may also be possible.
Yes. Beyond venue hire, our team can handle complete event management: staging, logistics, technical production, communications and day-of coordination.
